MHG provides thorough health-diagnostic & personalized healthcare which aims to strengthen the human body’s immune system to fight various diseases. All MHG practitioners are qualified medical doctors, and all of our therapies are based on the expertise and sound research of Dr Johannes Wessoly’s success in treating over 16,000 patients in the past 30+ years. MHG clinics are located in Bangkok (Thailand) and Hong Kong with scheduled openings of new clinics in Koh Samui (Thailand), Austria (Vienna) and Germany.

Financial Return

MHG is planning for an IPO in Hong Kong in 2022-2023 at an estimated market valuation of USD180-200M. This represents an estimated appreciation of 3.5-4.0x from the current premoney valuation of USD40M.
