Ngarra is a responsible development company. Ngarra’s mission is to encourage greater private participation and investment in the protection of the world’s unique landscapes and biodiversity. Their aim is to safeguard areas of natural importance through the development of nature based/high value tourism assets that are attractive to investors, deliver lasting conservation benefits and contribute to regional economic development.
Ngarra is currently seeking investment partners to participate in their live Tasmanian project – a 1,000 acre coastal conservation estate, with a 5-star boutique lodge and a limited number of branded conservation residences.
Investor returns are expected to range from 8 – 14 % per annum (dependent on the investment round)
The project will deliver a 998 acre private conservation zone that includes pristine coastal habitat, rich in species diversity and numerous indigenous archaeological sites. The Ngarra foundation will manage this estate, along with offsite conservation, community development and indigenous partnership programs. This work will be funded in perpetuity through conservation levies paid by the lodge and residence owners.
